1. Introduction

By enrolling in our courses, training or participating in our community, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully, as they govern your access to and use of our content, resources, and features.

Products

2. Purchase of products

When you purchase a product with us, you will receive materials such as workflows, reports and information that are yours to keep indefinitely. It is your responsibility whenever materials are provided to download and keep a record. This material is still the intellectual properly of The Bespoke Book and ownership or rights are not transferred upon delivery of materials.

We use third party Stripe for purchases. For further terms of use upon payment please refer to Stripe for information.

You may request an invoice for products, as specified by the specific product conditions. By requesting an invoice you are committing to paying for the product. Invoices terms are payment within 5 days and no product will start without full payment being made. Invoices will be sent by our partner Blue Ninja.

3. No Refund Policy

All product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you review the information details and make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Calls

4. Arranging Calls

You are entitled to one call as part of your product, unless otherwise specified or at the discretion of The Bespoke Book team. If calls are cancelled without notice and no resonable explanation provided, you may not have the opportunity to reshcedule and the workflow and action plan will be completed only via emailed information.

Calls will be recorded and a recording of the session provided only upon request after the date for personal use only (see 6. Intellectual Property for further scope).

5. Participation

By participating in any calls you will be recorded. By participating in any type of calls you provide The Bespoke Book permission to share your image for promotional or other purposes as is fair use. If you do not wish your image to be used please specify during the call.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of The Bespoke Book. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside of personal use without our express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
